১. বিনিয়োগের ঝুঁকি ও দায়িত্বঃ
১.১ বিনিয়োগ সর্বদা ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ। বিনিয়োগকারীকে নিজ দায়িত্বে, স্বজ্ঞানে এবং যথাযথ যাচাই-বাছাইয়ের মাধ্যমে বিনিয়োগ করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
১.২ বিনিয়োগকারী স্বেচ্ছায় এবং অন্যের প্ররোচনা ছাড়াই বিনিয়োগ করেন ।
১.৩ ইনভেস্টর্স অ্যালায়েন্স বাংলাদেশ আর্থিক লেনদেন বা বিনিয়োগ সংক্রান্ত কোনো দায়িত্ব বহন করবে না।
১.৪ বিনিয়োগকারী তাদের বিনিয়োগ থেকে উদ্বুদ্ধ সকল ঝুঁকি এবং দায়-দায়িত্ব বহন করবেন।
২. প্রভাব মুক্ত নীতিঃ
২.১ ইনভেস্টর্স অ্যালায়েন্স বাংলাদেশ এর টিম কোনো বিনিয়োগকারীকে নির্দিষ্ট কোনো প্রজেক্ট / ব্যবসায় বিনিয়োগের জন্য প্রভাবিত করে না।
২.২ এই ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে কোনো প্রকার প্রভাব বা প্রচারণা চালানো হয় না।
৩. মধ্যস্থতাকারীর ভূমিকাঃ
৩.১ ইনভেস্টর্স অ্যালায়েন্স বাংলাদেশ শুধুমাত্র উদ্যোক্তা এবং বিনিয়োগকারীদের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ স্থাপন করে দেয়।
৩.২ এই কোম্পানি কোনো বিনিয়োগ সংগ্রহ করে না বা কোনো উদ্যোক্তার পক্ষে বিনিয়োগ গ্রহণ করে না।
৩.৩ কোম্পানি শুধুমাত্র যোগাযোগ স্থাপনকারী এবং মধ্যস্থতাকারী হিসেবে কাজ করে।
৪. ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহারঃ
৪.১ ওয়েবসাইটটি কেবল বৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে হবে, যেমনঃ ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগ অন্বেষণ এবং নেটওয়ার্কিং।

৫.২ বিনিয়োগকারীদের ও উদ্যোক্তাদের মধ্যে উদ্বুদ্ধ যে কোনো বিরোধ, ক্ষতি বা সমস্যার জন্য কোম্পানি দায়ী থাকবে না।
৬. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তনঃ
৬.১ ইনভেস্টার অ্যালায়েন্স বাংলাদেশ যে কোনো সময়ে শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৬.২ ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে নতুন শর্তাবলী মেনে নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে।
